Our mentoring programme offers up to six one-to-one or group sessions with a hand-picked mentor who can understand and relate to your specialism, and offer their knowledge, experience and independent perspective.
Mentoring can:
- Help you to unpick an issue or area of concern
- Help you to evaluate a project and learn from your experience
- Support new leaders or managers starting out in their role
- Support a newly promoted member of your staff establish themselves in their new role
- Expand and develop your network of professional associates
Critical Friend
Practice Solutions can act as a Critical Friend – an impartial, confidential leadership mentor. You can discuss your goals, ideas, problems and fears with our experienced associate and begin to map out a way forward for yourself and your team.
Our sessions
The sessions are about building a relationship and sharing experience, adding new perspectives and approaching problems or ideas with fresh eyes and an independent mindset.
You can arrange a session for yourself, a member of your team, or a group session for multiple people.
A series of sessions with our experienced team can offer the opportunity to raise questions and to draw on the perspective of someone outside your immediate team. We can review a project with fresh eyes, givnng you an understanding new areas or expertise that can help you develop within your role.
Our sessions are available in Welsh or English and our pool of associates come from a range of professional backgrounds, bringing a wealth of knowledge to the table. We’ll work with you to find the perfect mentor for your requirements.
