Glenda is the Director of People and Experience at Practice Solutions, as well as the Workforce Lead within the Association of Directors of Social Services (ADSS) Cymru Business Unit. She works with the Workforce Lead Director on the national workforce agenda.
Glenda played a key role in the development of the All-Wales Pledge, which directly tackles the recruitment and retention challenges in social services.
