I am passionate about empowering the voices of the most vulnerable, and working collaboratively to join the dots across between organisations and individuals.

Sarah is the Chief Executive, responsible for the strategic and operational management of the company. She has been part of the Practice Solutions family for over 20 years and took over as Chief Executive in 2015.  She’s also the Business Manager for ADSS Cymru with oversight of the ADSS Cymru Business Unit contract and providing key strategic support and insight to ADSS Cymru Members.

Sarah works closely with the Leadership team to implement a business strategy that puts people at the heart of our organisation, whilst also ensuring the continued growth and success of the company.

Within Sarah’s work portfolio, she has been involved in the delivery of a diverse range of projects within the health, social care and public sector. She has a particular focus on supporting effective co-production, working with experts by experience in the design and subsequent improvement of services. She ensures that our projects deliver meaningful change which puts the needs of people using services front and centre.

Sarah is a passionate and compassionate leader with a focus on values that can be seen reflected across the organisation. She strives to deliver a more joined up approach to supporting our communities by connecting the dots between organisations and sharing good practice across the sector.
