I am committed to developing good, evidence-based public policy.
Paul is a double graduate of Swansea University, with a postgraduate degree in European Politics. He has spent the last 15 years developing specialist knowledge and expertise across a range of areas relating to the development, shaping and implementation of public policy.
Having provided research and policy advice to Welsh Government, the Senedd, and other third sector, academic and private sector organisations, he provides the team and our clients with sound guidance on how best to influence the public policy process.
