Bec is an Associate at Practice Solutions, known for their emotional intelligence and resilience as a leader. They are comfortable operating at board level and with external stakeholders at all levels. They served as Director Wales at Citizens Advice, enabling the organisation to function optimally in Wales given its devolved powers. At RNID, Bec managed operations, focusing on improving service delivery and operational efficiency. Additionally, they held senior management roles at NHS Wales, contributing to health service management and leadership, and ensuring that services were aligned with the needs of the Welsh population.

As a board member for the Birth Partner Project, Bec leads the Cardiff-based charity providing birth partners to pregnant women and birthing people seeking sanctuary.
