I am trained and experienced in effective project and programme management. I have successfully delivered a range of projects that remodel services to deliver better outcomes for citizens.
Nicki has over 35 years of experience in the public sector and spent a number of years as a front-line Environmental Health Officer working in the fields of housing, food safety, and public health.
She was the regional lead for Delivering Sustainable Social Services, working across the City of Cardiff and Vale of Glamorgan Councils and the University Health Board.
Nicki joined Practice Solutions as an Associate in 2016 and in this capacity has worked closely with colleagues from different local authorities in Wales to review services and introduce improvements.
