Prosiect Partneriaeth Bwyd Gwynedd
Diolch am eich diddordeb ym Mhrosiect Partneriaeth Bwyd Gwynedd. Sefydlwyd Partneriaeth Bwyd Gwynedd gan Menter Môn ar ran Cyngor Sir Gwynedd / Gwynedd Council a’i nod yw gweithio tuag at amcanion y Siarter Bwyd. Gallwch gael rhagor o wybodaeth am y Bartneriaeth Bwyd a’r Siarter Bwyd ar wefan Mentor Môn.
Fel rhan o’r prosiect hwn, rydym yn ceisio barn gwahanol bobl.
Isod, fe welwch ddolenni i bedwar arolwg gwahanol, a grëwyd ar gyfer:
- Teuluoedd a rhieni
- Plant a Phobl Ifanc
- Addysgwyr a phobl sy’n gweithio mewn gwasanaethau rheng flaen fel iechyd, gofal cymdeithasol, tai neu’r sector elusennol
- Gweithwyr proffesiynol sy’n gweithio yn y diwydiant bwyd i gynhyrchu, tyfu neu ddarparu bwyd
Dewiswch yr arolwg mwyaf perthnasol i chi, darllenwch drwyddo ac atebwch y cwestiynau. Arolwg cyfrinachol yw hwn, ac ni fydd eich enw yn cael ei ddefnyddio yn ein hargymhellion neu ein hadroddiad. Gwynedd Food Partnership Project
Thank you for your interest in the Gwynedd Food Partnership Project. The Gwynedd Food Partnership has been established by Menter Môn on behalf of Cyngor Gwynedd / Gwynedd County Council and aims to work towards the goals in the Food Charter. You can find out more information about the Food Partnership and Food Charter on the Menter Môn website.
As part of this project, we are seeking the views of different people.
Below, you will find links to four different surveys, created for:
- Families and parents
- Children and young people
- Educators and people working in frontline services such as health, social care, housing or the charitable sector
- Professionals working in the food industry to produce, grow, or provide food
